incorrect name and password

i am a new subscriber but find i cannot log into TrustConnect or contact technical support. i get a message “name or password incorrect” but they are correct! i have even had my password changed but still get same message


Maybe you have tried to use login to Comodo account page instead of TrusConnect service login. It’s not the same. For example login to account page can be ‘UsEr1’, but TrustConnect service login - ‘user1’.
