Incoming faxes get VOICE message???

My incoming faxes are not being received at all - with my paid Trustfax account. Instead there is a voice message that states “Please stay on the line…etc.” How is a fax machine sending a fax supposed to interpret this voice prompt?

Why is this happening?

I get no help at all calling support. I either get voicemail hell or a prompt to leave a message.

This dialing issue was correct by contacting the customer directly.
The voicemail message was not a trustfax recording rather a nontrustfax number being dialed.
