Incoming email scan blocking access to POP3

I have CAV 1.1.0.3. Beginning today CAV now blocks my Outlook from accessing my POP3 servers. If I turn off “scan incoming mails” all is well. Turn it back on and Outlook reports “Unable to connect to server”. This is new today. Any ideas?

Same problem started for me Sept 19. I can send from my email problem not recieve

Me again. Had to uninstall CAV, didn’t seem to be any other course. Went back to AVG=free, All problems gone.
Comodo worked great for over a year, don’t know what happened.
