My experiences after a couple of Weeks with the service are good.
However here are two suggestions that I think would help me and the operator a lot.
1 VoIp
The sessions easy becomes to complicated
for a chat window.
2 scheduled sessions
Some sessions/topics need a good explanation of the problem
and a suggested solution before the session is started.
(the other day I broke a session when the operator started to copy my keys
in certificate session. I was not aware this was “good behavior” when dealing with this kind of subject).
