In response to the recent uptake in delayed email delivery we have added more resources to the outbound system (the one that transfers email from us to you). This ‘horizontal’ scaling requires that existing firewall rules should be modified so that traffic sent from all IP addresses in the 178.33.199.64/28 range will be allowed to pass through.
The individual address that are being used are:-
178.33.199.65
178.33.199.66
178.33.199.67
178.33.199.69
178.33.199.70
178.33.199.71
178.33.199.72
178.33.199.73
178.33.199.74
178.33.199.75
178.33.199.76
178.33.199.77
178.33.199.78
178.33.199.79
This notification will also be sent out to all registered ASG administrators via email shortly.
We will also shortly be announcing the IP address and FQDN that will be used for the Delivery Delay notifications server so please stay tuned…
