Import windows 10 firewall rules?

Im running a program - destroy windows 10 spying. It adds alot of IP’s to block in windows own firewall.

Is there any way to import these IP from windows firewall to comodo firewall?

No and unlikely to ever be able to import rules from any other firewall.
