ilivid- is it Malware?

Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

Hi, Today I noticed an application on my computer called ilivid that I had never noticed before so I scanned it with MBAM, CCE, Hitman Pro, NIS, CIMA, Comodo Valkyrie and Virus Total. None of these scanners said what it ilivid was except VT, Here is what VT said: http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=0697d22b4ad3afe85924dfad1ab9339b392b355735482b76ff00acf26e781b71-1324409439 Can anyone analyse this application and tell me what it is thanks.

This is to inform you that false-positive has been fixed.
You can update to AV database Version <11072> of Comodo Internet Security Version<5.9.219863.2196> and confirm it.
