I can only replicate this issue with CD,
Firefox, Waterfox open fine, haven’t tried with Google Chrome…

So essentially, if Dragon if virtualized through the widget, and not closed at any time, opening the Kiosk and trying to open Dragon from inside the Kiosk does not work. Is that correct?

That is correct.

Thank you very much for your report in standard format, with all information supplied. The care you have taken is much appreciated by Comodo, and will increase the likelihood that this bug can be fixed.

Developers may or may not communicate with you in the forum or by PM/IM, depending on time availability and need. Because you have supplied complete information they may be able to replicate and fix the bug without doing so.

Many thanks again.

I can confirm this same problem on Windows 8 x64 bit

Thanks for the confirmation

Hi,
Please close the opened Firefox out Kiosk, then open Kiosk and open Firefox again.

Best Regards.

Can you please check and see if this is fixed with the newest version? Please let us know whether it is fixed or you are still experiencing the problem.

Thank you.

This implies it’s intended, but I cannot see why. Could someone from QA explian please?

Meanwhile shall we leave open?

Best wishes

Can you please check and see if this is fixed with the newest version (6.2.282872.2847)? Please let us know whether it is fixed or you are still experiencing the problem.

Thank you.

PM sent.

You now get an error message suggesting to close the other instance which is fine. English not great, but we’ll let that be.

Please regard as fixed in 2487. Marked as such in tracker.

Thanks for checking.

I’ll move this to Resolved.
