Comodo stopped this from processing. anyone know what this is? also found IENML06300.EXE-25001F5E.pf stuffed in the windows folder. Thanks

First off do you have a full path for the said .exe? It has obviously ran before as the .pf one is from the prefetch folder.
Do you have any programs such as Sophos anti rootkit which could generate random .exe`s?

Download and run CCleaner Download CCleaner 5.84.9143 for Windows - Filehippo.com to clear any temp files. PC running ok? Do a full AV scan. Also try one with http://www.malwarebytes.org/ the free one.
