IE blocked from connecting to Serif Webplus

I have Serif Webplus X4 installed and this prog allows server side apps to be installed. Unfortunately, whenever I try and connect I get a dialog popup telling me that it can’t connect and to check my internet connection.
IE and Serif are both Trusted App’s in Comodo but the Defence + log shows that IE tried to open a process in Serif and the flag is “Create Process, Blocked”.

Has anyone got any ideas how I can unblock this please.

How does this program work? Can you elaborate on this? It sounds like it downloads an application from an external server and will then install on your local computer.

What does “IE tried to open a process in Serif” mean? Can you show a screenshot of the D+ logs that shows the blocking?
