I would like to see a adware/riskware or potentially unwanted program engine because I find a lot of adware type malware gets through cis, I would also like phishing protection added and new ways to prevent malware from being whitelisted because I have seen a few unknown unsigned programs being allowed to run even with defence + enabled
If your finding that much getting through CIS you should be submitting the info to the support forums as a bug report/undetected threat
