Since I have installed V3 I cannot receive an ICQ from someone unless I have sent one to them first. In one case I could not send an ICQ directly to a certain person. When I try, ICQ says failed and asks if I want ot send the message through the server. If I say yes the person receives the message.
I had the similar problem in V2 and had to send an initial ICQ to every user to overcome this problem.
Is there not a simpler way of pre setting up V3 to allow ICQ traffic. Thanks
