Hello, I have a repeatable failure of the auto-update process. Running a Win7Pro 64/bit and I.D. ver 40.1.1.18. I.Dd pops up and update request, I let it download and do the install. The update fails (pix# 3) ultimately stating the the file named "MSVCP140.dll is missing (see pix# 4).
If I delete the Comodo directory, re-install the “old” version I.D. works fine. As soon as I attempt the update it fails and I.D. no longer works.

It seems IceDragon updater doesn’t work for you for a long time…
The current mots up-to-date version is 49…
please try to update manually here:
Download: [b]http://download.comodo.com/icedragon/update/icedragonsetup.exe[/b]
Maybe installation over the current version will fix some problems.
I followed these instructions and still get a system error stating
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.
It does this repeatedly.
