I/O Error 103

I’m trying to figure out why the program didn’t run (or at least complete) successfully during its scheduled run last night.

The main screen shows that the task ran on scheduled, but the status field is blank. No backups in progress, no backups in queue. When I try and check the log to see what happened, a box pops up that says “I/O error 103.” with a big red X

Anyone know what’s going on?

Hey Jon,

For errors where it produces an internal error number, you are best to log into http://support.comodo.com, their official support centre. There, you can register and lodge a support ticket to get an answer.

When you receive a reply, can you please post the results back here for the benefit of others.
