Please search the Forum. This has been brought up and discussed in detail.
The offline installer does not exist as a separate DL at this time. This is by design.
This will most likely change in the future, but not today.

Hi there. I too would like a standalone installer for CIS 10. I did search the forums and it bought me here. It’s currently 21 of the 1st 2017. Any news on this development?
