I Lose connectivity from time to time [RESOLVED]

Hi

I have a problem and it’s not a small one, so I have to fix it or start to look for another firewall (I love comodo and I hope to find a solution for this)

From time to time, I lost network connectivity with my router.

I get the message (acquiring new IP… and then a connection error… lost connectivity). I’m sure it’s comodo related. I tried with sunbelt kerio for 1 week and never had the problem. I moved again to comodo and few hours later (lets say 2 or 3 hours) I lost connectivity again.

After loosing connectivity, i tried to restart comodo. Then something strange happens - Comodo loads ok, but Application monitor, Network Monitor and so on is disabled… I try to enable it again checking the “turn on” option box but does not work

The solution is to reboot my machine… then all works ok for 2 ou 3 hours then… I lost connectivity again.

got the idea? hope someone has some tips for me please

I think it’s one of those svchost.exe problems.
Create this rule:

Application: C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe
Parent: C:\Windows\system32\services.exe
Action: Allow
Direction: In/Out
Port: 53, 67, 68, 80, 123, 443

Also add your router’s IP-range to the trusted zone.
Should fix your problem.
