I have blocked myself form connecting to network pc [Resolved]

I have blocked myself from connecting to a network PC/printer by the IP. The logs shoe a series of attempt to connect but all are blocked on 192.168.1.1 which is my other PC with the printer attached Where do i unblock it?

Look under firewall\advanced\network security policy and under D+\advanced\computer security policy.
