You should’ve got a email confirmation with details in it to follow a link and etc.

It must be different every time for every user, otherwise it wouldn’t be a validation. You need an email account to register at Youtube and many other sites.

I don’t know if YouTube accepts disposable e-mail address, but you can always give it a try.
