I have a really nasty virus and need some help

I was watching movies and yes I do have virus protection but whatever it didn’t work. I now have a really nasty virus it won’t allow me to download anything it keeps popping up some add for Windows 2012 Virus protection and I was able to quarantine half of it which my antivirus found but it just uprooted itself and got worse I have no clue what to do and it just recently blocked my internet access. I m sending this from home computer as I got the virus on my personal laptop.

Please follow these steps. Just do whichever you can without an internet connection. Then go back and do the rest after that.
