This is a windows service that Comodo keeps asking about.
Should I allow it permanently?

You should allow the last one.
Azureus and Firefox should also be allowed to work together.
The first one you can allow, but don’t tick remember, because it’s a “false” alarm.
It’s a known issue with CF, so it’s nothing to worry about. Comodo is working on it.
