I downloaded Comodo Personal Firewall, the look is great, but I’ve got a little problem. I can’t adjust the tools like “Application Monitor” or “Component monitor” to “On” or “Learn”. It’s really annoying. I have tried reinstalling. Nothing helps me. Please, can you?

What version of CPF? Have you updated it?
I think it is also possible you might be making the same initial mistake I did. The Summary page is not a place to adjust the modes.
For example, if you click “Application Montitor ON” from the summary page, it will take you to the Application Monitor page… from there you will see radio buttons for settings…
(o) Turn On ( ) Turn Off
