I can’t use my fingerprint login after I’ve installed comodo firewall.Only when I’ve disabled thecomodo firewall module can i use that.My windows firewall has already been disabled,and i can;t find any logs in both firewall and d+.
From the information you have given I am not clear whether this is a bug/issue.
For the moment I will transfer you to help so you can work through this issue with users and mods in this forum and hopefully resolve it. I hope that is OK.
Please ask any mod to move this report back to the bugs forum if it becomes clear that it is a bug/issue.

What version of CIS are you using?
When you say you disabled the firewall are you referring to the network firewall or to Defense +?
I’m using comodo firewall v6.0.264710.2708,and i mean only network firewall…

By default I believe the logs are only shown for the current day. However, you can choose to look at logs for the entire time. Please do so and post a screenshot of the Defense+ logs.
I was just about to Uninstall Comodo but instead I disabled HIPS and sure enough My Fingerprint sensor worked as it always has. I still have the firewall protection which is the main reason i installed it in the first place
