Can you please provide the following information a ping and a traceroute for download.comodo.com.
Please open a command-box (Start, Run, cmd and then press ENTER).

In this box type ping download.comodo.com and after that is finished tracert download.comodo.com and past the output here.

Can you also post the tracert? it seems the server(s) is unreachable from this system.
Please also try a ping to downloads.comodo.com (there is an extra S there).

Instead of ‘ping’ type ‘tracert’ it will show the way the packets travel trough the network.
It shows something like this:

C:\>tracert download.comodo.com

Who is the admin of ? it seems it’s routing table is broken or is blocking specific traffic.

Thats an IP adress that belongs to your computer or your router. Its not in the internet

I would advise you to contact your provider as their nano station connection seems to not know where to route the traffic.
Can you PM me the output of a tracert to something that is working? e.g.

tracert forums.comodo.com
