i cant submit files to comodo for analysis on the firewall
a message comes up saying connection to server was reset
CFP uses the internet connection settings from Internet Explorer; make sure those are correct. Also, be sure to try again; there may be a temporary server issue.
you can also submit the file via email:
malwaresubmit [ at ] avlab.comodo.com .
You may want to specify in the subject line “for analysis” for clarity’s sake.
It’s standard practice to zip and password protect the file including that information in the body.

Hey got the same problem.
I “believe” that my IE is working fine 
Any ideas on a test, ping or something that would reveal why it gets connection probs with the submitting.
Update is working fine btw.

What version of the firewall are you using? Can you indicate precise time(s) you are not able to submit via the fw? Have you tried at various times of day?
