I allow all access but Comodo still blocks (CoffeeCup SpamBlocker)

Here is problem. I use CoffeeCup Spamblocker, I tell Comodo to “Allow all activities for this Application”. However, it still blocks it from accessing my mail server.

I tried adding network rules to allow it access to my ISP’s full IP range and to local host (; But it still gets stopped by the default “Block & Log” network rule. And before you ask…Yes, I put my new rules before the “Block & Log” rule.

The only way I have found to get this to work is to check “Skip Advanced Security Checks”, but I’m not sure this is a good thing to do.

Any thoughts, advice…am I opening myself up to possible security problems by checking “Skip Advanced Security Checks”?
