How to undo False alert?

There was a file that was detected as a malware, I selected that it was a false alert, now when I scan that file, it not being detected.
After changing my mind, How can I undo that action so that the file is detectable again?
Note: It is not in the exclusions list

Open the file list and search for application and change rating from trusted to unrecognized or malicious.
