how to unblock the port

This is my Firewall Events. I think I have accidentally blocked the port that I need to have. Once the Comodo learned, how can I unlearn it ?

(:NRD) Any specific file that I can manually edit it to fix this ? (:NRD)

Have a look under System in Firewall/Advanced/Network Security Policy.This is where you will find your application rules.Highlight the offending rule and remove it APPLY to close windows.

Are you on a network? Do you need to use file sharing between those computers?
