Hi!
How must I set Comodo to make the on-screen alert not disappear, but stay until I decide what to do?
Current Version: 7.0.317799.4142
Thanks
Thunderstruck
I don’t think it is possible, I think the longest they can stay on screen for is either 999 or 1024 seconds, depending on which alert it is, or perhaps they changed them all to 1024 now, I don’t know, but I don’t think it is possible to do what you want, I wish it was though, you could make a wish for it.
That’s really sad.
I think then we must use another firewall.
;-(
I relly like the Comodo features, but the blue screen problem and that there is no possibility to see if an alert has occured just by checking the screen from time to time makes it really unuesable for us.
I think the full version also does not have that feature, right?
We would need about 90 licenses for the full version, but we really need a perfect firewall. That’s why I now have the order to test all known firewalls…

Hi and welcome Thunderstruck,
For if you decide to make a wish, I have posted the links below.

Thank you.
I’m not sure where to post the wish - so I do it here:
1. What actually happened or you saw:
on-screen alert disappears before I decided what to do.
2. What you wanted to happen or see:
We want to have an option to set Comodo to make the on-screen alert not disappear, but stay until I decide what to do.
3. Why you think it is desirable:
a) If the on-screen alert dissapears, when noone watches the screen, noone recognizes that there was an alert.
b) If the user needs time to check what application is trying to access the internet, and the alert dissapers there is no possibility to set the decision anymore.
c) I think there is no reason why the on-screen should dissapear by itself, so I think it is a bug, not a feature
4. Any other information:
