How to respond to a specific Comodo Firewall Alert

Hello,

I have “Comodo Firewall” the free version, version 6.0.264710.2708, running on Windows 7 Starter, SP1.

Periodically, a Comodo Firewall alert is displayed, stating:

“System is trying to receive a connection from the Internet”.

I can find no information about what is the appropriate way to respond to this alert and therefore hope you can help.

Welcome to the forum.

Any chance you can provide a little more detail please. Maybe a screenshot of the alert.

I would set it to “outgoing” or “blocked”. Also go to Firewall Tasks - Stealth ports and select - Block all incoming connections (that way you won’t get any firewall alerts) well almost.
