how to report a software with is not compatible with cis?

i found a software which is not compatible with cis,however it works very well with kaspersky kis2010.so in this case how can i send this software to cis to make them fix this problem?

How is it incompatible, like what happens because if the scanner is catching it you can report it as a false positive
