How to only give a program outbound access?

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to give a program only outbound access to the net? I don’t want to give it full privileges but I can’t figure out how to limit its access.

Isn’t there an “outbound only” policy under firewall/advanced/pre-defined security policies that you can select for your program?

Yes but what if it is a program that COMODO automatically blocks? When I check my firewall events it tells me that the program was blocked when it never asked me whether or not I wanted to block it.
