How to NOT render a system unbootable, using CCE?

Simple question isn’t it? )))

Since there is no official tutorial on how to clean (heavily) infected PCs with CCE I thoght I’ll ask here.

It is known that some viruses infect critical system files and deleting (that idea of “cleaning” for most antiviruses) will render system unbootable. So… any tips? What to look out for?

Also, any advice on using CCE remotly (via remote administration program) to clean up other people’s PCs?
