How to make it ask for "java.exe" connection?

How to configure Comodo Firewall to force it ask me every time to allow/disallow outgoing connection from java.exe process ?

For now I have switched Comodo Firewall into “Custome Ruleset” mode. But it doesn’t work because of the fact that I see established outgoing connections in the CommView (network pocket analyzer)! Comodo asks me from time to time! Is this is a bug or just misconfiguration?

Custom ruleset is the mode but you must also un-check remember my answer in the firewall alert to make CIS ask every time, otherwise an application rule will be added permitting access if you chose allow. I would also suggest to set alert frequency to high to ask on a per tcp/udp port basis.
