How to make CIS lighter

There was a thread in CIS forums where somebody explained how to make CIS lighter by deleting some CIS installations files, deactivating the cloud, av, blocking CIS to access to Internet…

Could anybody tell me where that thread is?

Yes and no, this is what I’m looking for, but If I remember well there is another more recent/updated and with more changes. I’m trying with the search tool but no luck for now.
