How to get CIS to whitelist our application

Hi,

Our desktop application is being flagged and sandboxed as unrecognized, which interferes with some of it’s intended functionality.

Who do we contact to get our application whitelisted?

We use GlobalSign as a CA so I signed up to be a Trusted Software Vendor.

Henry, I have an android device and seeing as you work there You might be able to help me. Can you please tell me why doubletwist keeps opening all of the time by itself? But it does it in the background, when I go to the task manager it see it open and I have to kill it.

Hi,

That’s odd. Can you provide a bit more detail as what device you’re using and also what some of the settings are? Are you using AirSync? Is AirTwist/AirPlay active?

I have the Galaxy s 4g, and I am not using double twist at all for anything, it just keeps opening all of the time. I have never even tried to use it.
