How to get certificate once again for email address

I missed to install my certificate and also deleted the mail from comodo
so how do i recreate the Email cetificate for same email address. :-* O0

Hi,

You will need to submit a ticket on the support site at:

https://support.comodo.com/index.php

Let them know the email address so they can re-send the collection email.

Hi,

I have just reinstalled my Notebook after a OS corruption. Now i want to re-download the free email certificates i requested i was issued before but couldnt. i kept getting an error message that ther is already a valid certificate for my Email address. error code 0251:16

Let them know the email address so they can revoke and you can re-apply.
