the main question is why comodo add something like this without easy way to disable/turn off ?
I do not know actually. Firefox also follows such practises. I cannot remove Hello, Pocket add-ons from Firefox.

In ‘about:config’ set the following two entries to false.
loop.enabled and extensions.pocket.enabled
Alternative use CCleaner to disable them or open the containing folder using CCleaner to delete the corresponding files.
