How to block specific application manually from accessing the interwebs?

Just wondering, with Comodo’s Free Internet Security Premium, can you manually block an application from accessing the internet?.

UPDATE: OK, i found where you block an application, but where is the list of applications that you have blocked?.

I am trying to block GTA V, and I clicked on GTAV.exe, but I launched the game and it still can access the internet…
