How to allow broadcast traffic? [HELP]

I get continuous blockings for:

System Idle Process, UDP out, SrcIP 0.0.0.0, DstIP 255.255.255.255, SrcPort 68, DstPort 67

No matter what I define in application and/or global rules, this traffic never passes the firewall and is blocked anyway.

What do I need to define in Comodo v3 to allow (any) broadcasts? Are 0.0.0.0, 127.0.0.1 and 255.255.255.255 somehow hardcoded with predefined rules?
