How to add rules for Tor and Privoxy?

Hello:

After searching this forum and googling, could not find clear rules for Tor and Privoxy. Can someone knowledgeable post clear instructions on how to add rules for using Tor and Privoxy?

I’ve had no luck getting the Tor/Privoxy/Vidalia bundle working either. It seems that the package violates numerous standard rules and will take some doing to configure.

I doubt I know enough to do it. Very discouraging.

I think the best hope for this would be a Tor forum, if you could find one. The or (no “T”) mailing list is the only one I know of, but it seems to be 99% Linux-oriented. :-\
