how to activate 5gb free storage on an old account?

first I must thank you for this generous offer :slight_smile:

I have an old account, with plain username [kaznovac] without @domain.com suffix
with old, now expired, free 1gb offer…

ccloud.com doesn’t allow username which isn’t mail adress
when I’ve tried with full email, system didn’t recognize connected account and created separated one :-
now i have username and username@doman.com

upgrading space from account manager doesn’t work nether [see attached image] ???

my question here is:
can I upgrade free storage space on old account

The answer is no.
The only way to reactivate account is to pay.
If you want 5GB free you will have to create a new account.
