I find it very troublesome that most AV products are auto activating URL opening after AV removal for “better” customer experience / future products (or products versions) etc.
To the best of my poor 
judgement AV suppliers are very aware to the necessity of shield / real time protection while surfing the web. I hope that most of them believe their product supplies some protection against web based threats. I’m failing to understand why all of a sudden it’s fine to browse the web without such protection. The possible poor excuse that their site or survey is safe is a POOL excuse (invoked browser does not necessary open just their URL, for example proxies or other tabs, and/or home page are likely to get opened as well).
