When Kevin is busy creating he has little to no time for chat. His talent is not only technical but an art that requires undisturbed focus.
Don’t let the quiet fool you, when the “man in the mountain” speaks it will be worth the wait.

Btw. I understand Kevin has no time to “chat”, but I am worried about the support as I already explained in another topic. I would have done things a different way.

Well, i think there is good enough support out there… of course things can be better etc… but where Kevin could make a difference to us all is by creating new products. Of course we all love to have him here but its important for him to have time to focus on future developments.

I was not complaining about the support in general. The Moderators here are doing a great job I was just worried because we have seen some serious issues with BOClean 4.23, and withought Kevin or any other real expert available it is difficult to help. My point is that with the release of a ( new ) product you can expect a lot of questions/issues and good support than is in my opinion essential But I am happy Kevin is online again making an inventory of the issues right now
