How Do I transfer Files from Host to remote?

I realize that this may be a stupid question, but I just can’t figure out how to transfer files from my desktop at home to my laptop at work. I can connect them, and I can take over one from the other, but I can’t figure out how to get files from one to the other.

Do you have somebody present on the other end of the connection? If not you cannot copy files with the current incarnation of EVPN.

Yes, In this case I do have a person at the other end as well. How can I get the files? Do they have to do something else on their end besides just approve the remote control?

Non of the mods is online on our own little private network to test for you. I think it works like you would expect; just push the send button in the IM conversation box.

So you can only send files through the IM connection? Is there a procedure to follow for that?

Look at the following picture. There is a send button in the upper left corner.
