How do I do all this & allow multiple ports?

How do I create a firewall application rule:

Application Name - FlashPlayerPlugin
Action - Allow
Protocol - TCP
Direction - Out
Source Address - Any
Destination Address - Any
Source Port - Any
Destination Port - 80

Action - Allow
Protocol - TCP
Direction - Out
Source Address - Any
Destination Address - Any
Source Port - Any
Destination Port - 843

Action - Allow
Protocol - TCP
Direction - Out
Source Address - Any
Destination Address - Any
Source Port - Any
Destination Port - 1935

Alternatively, create a Port Set add your ports to the set, then your rule would be:

Action - Allow
Protocol - TCP
Direction - Out
Source Address - Any
Destination Address - Any
Source Port - Any
Destination Port - Port Set

The image in the thread from which these rules are derived, shows the result and gives a pointer on how to create a Port Set. Basically you need to create application rules for flash player:

  1. Open CIS and select Firewall
  2. Select Network Security Policy
  3. Select Application Rules
  4. Select Add
  5. In Application Path click Select
  6. Select Browse
  7. Select flashPlayerPlugin
  8. Click Add
  9. Add rule details listed above

If you don’t wish to control specific ports for flash, simply create a single ‘Outgoing Only’ rule:
