Is there a download archive somewhere for old versions?
Is it as simple as downloading and installing the older version over the newer one?
Obviously I want to keep my setup, etc…

User profile issues have been reported when downgrading, it may or may not work.
I would backup important items like bookmarks etc.
Tip: Export your ‘Bookmarks’ to a HTML file for safe keeping.

You could keep the installed version as is until an update is released to fix the Flash issue (Presuming that is why you want to downgrade) and use the older version as a portable.
