How do I disable this Paranoia Mode option??

Hey Guys,
Somebody can help me, plz??
I was testing a fresh install of latest CIS, and activated the Firewall and Defense+ “Paranoid Mode” Option, my system crashed up, and then, I cannot do anything more in my computer.
Every exec, the Comodo Control panel, and even the shutdown command doesn’t work anymore…

How do I disable this Paranoia Mode option??

Boot Windows in safe mode. How to do so? Towards the end of the BIOS when booting your computer start pushing the F8 button until you get a screen with boot options. Choose Safe mode and boot Windows.

When in Safe mode start CIS, the driver has not started now, and set CIS to your liking.
