how do i disable the geekbody popups?

its pop ups frequently and it became a nuisance, any i dear how do i disable the thing?

Which ones? A screenshot might be useful.

I just uninstalled geekbuddy. If you decide you need help, click on help will ask to reinstall geekbuddy if that is what you want.

I never found them to be helpful, all they seem to want to do is sell me stuff. But maybe that is just me.

Go to Programs and Features in Control Panel, find GeekBuddy and Uninstall it would help (or check Do not show GeekBuddy message when warning popups appear).
