How do I access the blacklist of the denied programs?

I got a popup asking me to allow or deny a program. I clicked DENY and also “remember this option”… now I want to ALLOW that program. Where do I go to do this? I can’t seem to find where all the blacklisted programs are…

I am using Comodo IS 3.14 (only firewall, didn’t install anti-virus as I have nod32)

Open CIS and click FIREWALL → ADVANCED → NETWORK SECURITY POLICY. The blocked app will be listed there and you can change the rule from BLOCK to ALLOW.
