How can I update without automatic updates?

Hello…

I’m delighted with Comodo Backup, but I’d like to just download updates, myself. When I try to find out the most recent version number, though (so I know to go ahead and download it) I can’t find any release number information.

I’m comfortably able to say that this could be because I’m so impatient to find what I’m looking for, I’m probably looking right at it and still not seeing it - put it down to age…I do.

Instead of using the built-in updater, how best can updates be done? I’d sooner do downloads and installs than do updates through the application, itself.

G’day Ian,

There has only been one update to Comodo backup, when it went from version 1.0.0 to version 1.0.10. If you wnat to disable auto updates, the alternative is to keep an eye on the Backup forums, where any updates will also be announced. The new installation file can be downloaded from there.
